TAKE THE HOPE 60 CHALLENGE

The Hope Project is inviting you to be part of the HOPE 60 Challenge. Beginning January 7th, for 60 days, here’s what we’re challenging you to do:

EAT CLEAN
Follow a clean eating plan of your choice. You can be Keto, Macro, Micro, all, or none of the above. If your nutrition program consists mainly of processed foods that sit in the supermarket aisles, time for a new one.

DRINK WATER
More than you think you need. The goal is a gallon a day. No need to carry a milk jug with you. Drink 32 ounces when you wake up, 32 ounces after your workout, and just get another 64 anytime throughout the day.

NO SUGAR
Processed sugar that is. At first, you'll miss it. Then you'll realize the reason you miss it is because it's in almost every processed food you eat. Make no mistake about it, processed sugar is not your friend. Find out how much your body craves it by ditching it for 60 days. And rediscover your love for fruits like pineapple and blueberries.

NO ALCOHOL
Some of you might need a little help from Jesus on this one. But God's got you, and so does The Hope Project community. Alcohol limits you in ways you can't fully understand. Plus think of the positive impact to your bank account during the challenge!

PHYSICAL WORK
Hard work never goes on sale. So don't go looking for any shortcuts. The key to results is reps. Whatever physical exercise you enjoy, commit to doing it every day for 60 days. That's right. No days off in the HOPE 60 Challenge. Mark your calendars for March 7th, your first full recovery day.

SPIRITUAL WORK
Our bodies are both physical and spiritual, so it's important to train both. The Hope Project publishes a spiritual workout of the day (SWOD) every day on Instagram and by email. As part of the HOPE 60 Challenge, you'll have daily spiritual workouts delivered to your inbox. All you have to do is the work.

COMMUNITY
