Let us introduce you to a new way to train your spiritual life. Welcome to the Spiritual Workout of the Day, better know as the SWOD. SWOD's are designed to expose you to a variety of spiritual exercises. 


It keeps you from developing a rut where all you do is the same thing every day. Doesn't work in the gym, won't work in your spiritual life either.


Variety helps the body grow. You need to mix up your work in order to get the best results. No matter how spiritually fit you are, the SWOD's will still challenge you and help you grow. It's part of our "meet you right where you are" mentality here at The Hope Project.
