About the event
Join The Hope Project + Mayhem Mission at the 2023 Rogue Invitational for a fundraising workout benefitting both organizations. These workouts will challenge you both physically and spiritually. Each workout will be co-led by a certified CrossFit Coach and a certified Spiritual Fitness Coach. Exercise for the body and soul!
