About the event

Change. It’s this thing we want, but also fear or hate at the same time. The truth is you do want change. There are parts of your body or thoughts in your head that you want to be different. Change can be temporary though. It can be haphazard and not well thought out. You don’t really want change. You want transformation.

And fitness is the framework that can get you there. Not just physically. A strong fitness framework can be applied to other areas of your life, including your spiritual life. That’s how The Hope Project started and that’s what we do. We teach a fitness framework you apply to your spiritual life. It’s called spiritual fitness and it’s unlike anything you may have ever seen or tried.

On Friday, March 29th, a team from The Hope Project will be at CrossFit 3 Strands ready to expose you to this new fitness framework. You’re going to experience a workout style known as INTEGRATION. INTEGRATION workouts combine physical work and spiritual work into one workout. This is the future of fitness training for people who have a faith system. And because this system doesn’t attempt to force a belief on you, it works even for people who are exploring or just considering faith. It’s MIND, BODY, and SOUL combined and it is life changing!

All fitness experience levels welcome! Our events are very relaxed and even though we workout, we create an environment where we have fun doing it.

The event schedule is as follows:

* Community Warmup + Workout 9:00-10:15am

* Cool Down and Recovery w/ Food + Beverage 10:15-10:30am

* Workout Debrief + Group Discussion 10:30-10:50am

* Next Steps, Announcements + Closing Prayer 10:50-11:00am
